We're a Groupon...again!

Welcome Groupon Girls!

Congratulations on being smart and snagging one of the best deals in town. We want to help you get the most out of your purchase and make it easy for you to redeem your certificates.

INTRODUCTION TO POLE DANCE/GIRLIE BURLESQUE

If you purchased the $12 Introduction to Pole Dance or Girlie Burlesque Groupon, there are specific days on which you can redeem it.

For Introduction to Pole Dance, you can take any Saturday class on our schedule. The Groupon is not valid for any other day of the week, although if you have a group of four or more girls, we'll can see if schedule a private class just for you!

For Girlie Burlesque, you can take any Saturday class on our schedule. This class happens every OTHER Saturday, so check the schedule.

You'll find these classes under the Drop-In tab located on our online scheduler. You'll need to create your online account with your own password to register. Each person should make their own account unique to them.

Make sure you register as "Unpaid" when you sign up. Your Groupon certificate is your payment so don't worry about paying the regular price like all those other women who didn't get the Groupon!

For these classes, we do have a four-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within the four hours or fail to show up, your Groupon will be forfeited.

We will call you prior to your class to confirm attendance and get your Groupon information. You MUST supply us with a cell phone number and valid email addresses when you create your account so we can contact you prior to class. Failure to do so may result in you not being confirmed for class.

Wondering what you should wear or bring for class? If it's the pole class, whatever you'd wear to a yoga class is appropriate. We learn in bare feet so no special shoes are needed. We supply your yoga mat and there's water here, so just show up with a smile and we're good to go.

For Girlie Burlesque, wear something form fitting and comfy. Ideally a close-fitting t-shirt and stretchy shorts. That way if we're working with stockings, your legs will be bare. Bring your cutest pair of sexy stilettos to complete the transformation.

PARTY GROUPON

If you purchased the discounted Party Package Groupon, you'll need to call the studio at (310) 937-7653 and speak with our owner Trina to schedule your party. Remember that there are specific times and days on which you can redeem your Groupon for this offer.

Parties are only for studio parties of 10 women or less. Should you wish to have more women attend, a charge of $20 per person will apply.

We require a 7 day window of cancellation so please take that into account when booking. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, your Groupon will be forfeited and a penalty may be incurred.

Thanks for purchasing your Groupon for Heart & Pole. If there's anything we can do to make your registration or redemption easier, please contact us at (310) 937-7653 and we'll help you out. We're so excited to meet you and introduce you to the fun of pole dance and burlesque.

You're going to have a blast!!

Two amazing parties last night!

I must admit that when I woke up yesterday, I was dreading the day a bit. No, not cause I don't love what I do, but because I knew it was going to be a grueling 12 hour day...again.

I began with my beautiful Fearless Flyers as usual first thing and, as always, they amaze me with their ability to pick up new material. Best way to start a Saturday.

Next came a great intro class where three new women fell in love with our program. All three would be signing up, but the third gal is going back to school in Oregon in two weeks. She's so sad because she's already checked into it and there's no pole school anywhere near the university! I do feel her pain.

So, then I dove straight into a bachelorette party at the studio. These women were lovely and FUNNY! They picked up all the moves so quickly and really got into the swing of things. I remarked that I had another party later that night and I was really hoping that my second party would be as much fun as the first. I mean, these guys are a hard act to follow.

But the good news is that I had a raucous and crazy 40th birthday party in Lakewood for a pair of twins! These girls (seriously, they looked 14) were silly and so outgoing. There must have been 40 women there. I taught my ass off for 2.5 hours - could have stayed another 2.5 cause I was having so much fun with them, but my body was screaming for rest.

My days are long, but because of the women I hang out with, I am able to get up and do it over and over and over. Speaking of which, I got another 12 hours of pole dancing fun tomorrow. Night night!

My brand new blog!!

This is my first post on my new blog. Hmmm, wonder what I should say?

I could say that this is just another step in the evolution of my company. We're launching the new website at the same time (oh, do, please let us know what you think of the redesign!) We're getting ready to renew the studio with new floors (after the old lady crashed into the building and flooded us!)

We're starting a brand new session of classes and just opened up registration.

I got a brand new transfer student in today and can't wait for her to continue her education with us!

So much new stuff. I hate change, but I do like new stuff. Does that make sense at all??

I think I need some lunch. I'm going to Big Wok to fill my belly with delicious Mongolian BBQ now. I'll keep adding to the blog later on today.
